Finding a trustworthy arborist can be overwhelming. There are hundreds of operators in Sydney, and it’s hard to know who is properly qualified, insured, and fairly priced. That’s where we come in. We pass your enquiry to a local arborist who does your type of job, and our guides show you what to check before you book.

How Our Referral Service Works

Our process is simple and completely free for homeowners:

1. Submit your request — Describe your tree job through our online form or by phone. Include details like tree species, height, location, and any access issues.
2. We pass it on: based on your location, job type, and urgency, we pass your enquiry to a local arborist in your area.
3. Decide: receive an obligation-free quote, ask questions, and go ahead only if it fits your needs and budget.

What to Check Before You Book

Each arborist is an independent business. Before you book, ask them for:

• Minimum Certificate III in Arboriculture (AQF Level 3)
• Current public liability insurance (minimum $10 million)
• Valid WorkCover / workers compensation coverage
• References from recent local jobs
• Confirmation they prune to Australian Standard AS 4373
