How Our Referral Service Works
Our process is simple and completely free for homeowners:
- Submit your request — Describe your tree job through our online form or by phone. Include details like tree species, height, location, and any access issues.
- We match you — Based on your location, job type, and urgency, we connect you with up to three qualified arborists in your area.
- Compare and choose — Receive obligation-free quotes, ask questions, and select the arborist that best fits your needs and budget.
Our Standards
Every arborist in our network meets strict criteria:
- Minimum Certificate III in Arboriculture (AQF Level 3)
- Current public liability insurance (minimum $10 million)
- Valid WorkCover / workers compensation coverage
- Proven track record with verifiable references
- Commitment to Australian Standard AS 4373 pruning practices
